Who can use the portal?
The portal is designed for learners seeking to enhance their skills, pursue career development, or engage in lifelong learning — including individuals, corporate learners, and nonprofit members. Depending on your program, access may be invite-only.
How do I access the portal?
Access the portal from any internet-enabled device using a modern web browser such as Chrome or Firefox.
Is the portal secure?
Yes. The portal uses data encryption and complies with privacy standards to ensure a safe and secure learning environment for all users.
Will I get a certificate?
Yes. Upon completion you will receive a certificate you can download from the portal.
Will I get a certification exam voucher?
Where a program sponsors a certification exam, successful completers receive an exam voucher that can be downloaded from the portal.
Account Management
How do I create an account?
Depending on your program, access may be by invitation: selected candidates are enrolled into a cohort and given access to the LMS. Other programs allow self-registration.
Why haven’t I received my confirmation email?
Check your spam/junk folders and make sure emails from the portal aren’t filtered. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact your program administrator.
Can I update my profile after registering?
Yes. Log in and go to your profile settings to update your personal details or preferences.
What if I forget my password?
Click ‘Forgot Password’ on the login page, enter your email, and follow the instructions in the reset email to set a new password.
Courses & Learning
What types of courses are available?
Offerings can include self-paced courses, cloud and AI fundamentals, certification preparation, videos, quizzes, and interactive modules.
How do I track my course progress?
Use your dashboard to track completed modules, quiz scores, and overall progress. Mentors can also monitor your progress.
Can I earn certificates on completion?
Yes. You can generate and download certificates from your account after successfully completing a course.
What are Achievements, Badges, and Trophies?
Badges reward module completion; trophies and downloadable certificates recognize course completion within a program.
Will I get recordings of instructor-led sessions?
Yes. Recorded sessions are made available on the portal after the session ends, for online viewing.

How often is the LMS updated?
As a cloud-based platform, the LMS is updated regularly so you always have the latest features.
Does the LMS support social learning?
Yes. The platform includes blogs, newsfeeds, useful links, and chat features to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Is the portal mobile-friendly?
